These are our two latest projects, Tigra 2 litre ECO Tec and Corsa 2 litre redtop
We added a pair of black angel halo headlights and black lexus rear lights
We added 17 inch 100+ alloy wheels with 215 35 17 inch tyre and dropped the suspension by 50mm
We added a rear spoiler for some rear end traction, replaced the standard exhaust system for a full stainless steel scorpion exhaust system
To complete the transition from standard boring Tigra to a fast impressive Tigra we added the 2 litre ECO tec with very aggressive kent cams, remapped ECU, ported and polished head and an uprated clutch. All this made a fantastic car
Here we have a corsa gsi, when we started it was a completely standard car. We started by adding nice 17inch wheels and lowering it by 30mm ,adding a strut brace to stiffen the front end
we fitted the fully reconditioned c20xe engine which sounded fantastic ,fitted a full stainless steel exhaust system to the standard c20xe 4 branch manifold
Here we started adding some chrome parts for a nice look and a fuel pressure regulator to increase fuel pressure slightly for a better pedal response
We finished the car off with a nice rear spoiler, lexus rear lights and smoked front lights. Steve my apprentice did most of the work on this vehicle from learning the basics of mechanics, to transforming the Corsa to what it is now.Our first project the tigra, was an excellent learning curve for him, the boot build was totally down to him it looks fantastic and sounds even better so well done to him!!
